Definicils High Definition Mascara is Lancome�s best seller. Lancome on the other hand calls itself “the world’s mascara leader”. I have been using this mascara everyday since I bought it for myself as a birthday gift. My daughter, who knows my penchant for mascara told me that it is a “must-buy”. I have been very happy since then, tough I still feel that my Clinique mascara, which I have been using for years now, is still a comparable one. More, so Definicils High Definition Mascara is not for everyone.

My younger brother, Francis, is a metrosexual. While I lug around a �kikay� kit my brother is never with his �pogi� pack, a vanity case filled with his very own personal care essentials.

Metrosexual is a term used to describe heterosexual men with a strong concern for their physical appearance. Metrosexual men are often thought of as gay because of their high maintenance beauty and health care regimen and style philosophy of looking neat and polished.

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and we must take very good care of it. The cold weather dries up the water in our skin. When it lacks moisture, our skin becomes dry, rough and scaly.

To keep the skin properly hydrated and nourished we must all:

1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables;
2. Drinks lots of water;
3. Apply a good moisturizer that replenishes the nutrients lost by the skin; and
4. Take in fresh air
